  Please note that reusability may vary depending on factors like heavy makeup, facial oils, sweating, and skin preparation, as these can naturally reduce the adhesive grip over time. For best results, apply your bindi on clean, dry skin before using powders or setting sprays. 
  For extended usage and stronger hold, you can also use our bindi glue, specially designed to help your bindis stay secure and last longer.
  
• Is the adhesive skin-safe?
  Absolutely. We use high-quality, dermatologically friendly, non-toxic adhesive designed specifically for skin application to ensure comfortable, irritation-free wear.

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  Orders to metro cities are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, while deliveries to other parts of India generally take around 5–7 business days.

• Do you provide a tracking link?
  Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you on your registered email address so you can easily track your shipment.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes, we proudly ship worldwide! Before placing an international order, please keep the following points in mind:

  1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Timelines:
     International shipping charges may be higher for lightweight products like bindis, and delivery timelines can vary depending on your country, location, and order size.
  2. Customs & Import Duties:
     Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country will need to be borne by the customer.
  3. Helpful Alternative for International Customers:
     Since international courier charges can sometimes be expensive, many of our overseas customers prefer having their orders delivered to friends or family in India. If someone you know is travelling from India to your country, they can conveniently carry the bindis for you. Please note that in such cases, payment must be made through an Indian bank account only.

   

   

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Can I cancel or change my order?
  You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched. For quick assistance, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp for cancellation requests.

• What is your return policy?
  Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bindis, we usually do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video or clear photos with our team. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
